By installing, accessing, or using the YieldScope mobile application (the "App") or this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
YieldScope is an information-comparison tool. The App aggregates publicly available yield information — bank time-deposit rates, bond coupons, and dividend yields — to help users compare products side by side. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or deposit-taking institution. We do not sell, recommend, transact, hold, or custody any financial product.
Information shown in the App and on the Site is for informational and comparison purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial product. Any decision you make based on information seen in the App or on the Site is solely your responsibility. Always verify rates, terms, and availability directly with the product provider before making any decision.
The App is rated 17+ on the App Store, reflecting the mature nature of financial information. You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the App does not violate any law applicable to you.
The App is free to use and does not require account registration. There are no in-app purchases or subscription fees. Apple's standard App Store terms apply to the distribution and updating of the App.
Yield, rate, and product information shown in the App is sourced from public datasets and provider websites and is updated periodically. We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any purpose of the information shown. Rates and terms can change at any time and may differ from what is shown. Always verify directly with the provider before making any financial decision.

The App, the Site, the YieldScope name, the YieldScope logo, the user interface, and the underlying software are owned by YieldScope and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Underlying yield and rate data may be owned by the original provider; we display it under fair use for comparison purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

The App and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldScope and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, savings, or data, arising from or related to your use of the App or the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed HKD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YieldScope and its affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App or Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at landing.yieldscope.app/terms. Material changes will be announced in the App and on this page before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
